The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Giou fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

It looks like Harri Huiha has been cut.
Giou thows a left - swing and a miss!
Giou leaves Huiha with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Giou throws a jab when Huiha was well out of range.

Giou cracks Huiha with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Huiha looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Giou finish him?

Huiha is rocked!

Huiha shoots for a double leg takedown but Giou sprawls well. He's pushed Huiha's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Huiha is still on wobbly legs! Can Giou finish him?

Luka Giou has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Harri Huiha.

Giou dives in and gets a big takedown. He lands in full mount and immediately unloads a series of heavy strikes! Huiha has had enough and taps out.
