Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Shaasia Armstrong (ranked 6148 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eyvindur Stefansson (ranked 6149 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Dirk Anderson and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Armstrong doesn't manage to clinch there - Stefansson circles away.
Stefansson dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Armstrong. That did some damage!

so Stefansson counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Stefansson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Armstrong swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Stefansson loads up on a big left hand. Armstrong felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Stefansson looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Armstrong can't hide his disappointment, as Stefansson celebrates the victory.
