The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Patton avoids the head kick by Pathak.
Pathak looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Patton tries a head kick but it misses.
Pathak fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Patton avoids it really well and circles away.
Patton misses with a few strikes there.
Pathak clinches up against the cage.
Patton escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Patton swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Patton drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Patton as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Pathak screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Patton! Nice submission victory there!
