The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Kaya, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Matthieu cracks Kaya with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Kaya is rocked!

It looks like Thali Kaya has been cut.
Kaya throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Matthieu.
Kaya is still on wobbly legs! Can Matthieu finish him?
Matthieu lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Kaya lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

Matthieu is rocked!
Kaya walks straight into a right hand from Matthieu - that's dropped him! Matthieu jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Kaya from any more punishment! Kaya complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
