The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fury fails with a takedown attempt.

Two shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Fury is trying to defend but Two finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Two moves into full mount! Fury won't be happy about that!
Fury tries to hold on but Two pushes him away.
Fury bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Fury is fighting to break Two's control of his arms but Two is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Two is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Fury sees it coming and defends easily.
Fury tries to get to full guard but Two has control of the leg.
Two is thwarting Fury's attempts to control the position.

Fury is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Two pulls his head out easily.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Two jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Fury is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Fury and Two has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Two looking for a guillotine from mount but Fury is having none of it.

Two goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Fury is on top in guard.
Fury pushes down on Two's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Fury is trying to control. Two wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Fury is working for a kimura but Two is defending it quite comfortably.
Fury is looking to advance position but Two won't allow it.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Two gets full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Number Two dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Two sitting in guard doing not very much at all here. Fury doesn't need a second invitation though! He's locked up a guillotine and he's squeezing tight! That is tiiiiiiiiight! Two paying the price for stalling here - he's pushing hard on the arm trying to free himself but it's no use! He's tapped! WOW, quick submission from Fury - great work!

In his post fight interview, Drake Fury started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
