The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jacobs pushes Nurmagomedov up against the cage in a clinch.
Nurmagomedov is trying to pull guard but Jacobs turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
A short body shot lands from Jacobs as the two fighters clinch.
Jacobs lands a left hand.
Jacobs lands a hook that snaps the head of Nurmagomedov backwards.
Jacobs lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Nurmagomedov backwards.

Nurmagomedov is rocked!

Jacobs lands a body punch.

Nurmagomedov tries to circle away but Jacobs has him pinned against the cage.

Jacobs drops Nurmagomedov onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Nurmagomedov is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Nurmagomedov wants to break the clinch but can't.

Jacobs digs a right hand into Nurmagomedov's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Nurmagomedov's gas tank.
Jacobs creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Nurmagomedov's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Nurmagomedov drops to his knees and Jacobs pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
