Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Blaine Hurst (ranked 6124 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Noble (ranked 7009 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Blaine Hurst!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Nick Noble!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Paulo Santos and Seu Braga.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Noble tries a head kick but it misses.

Noble closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Hurst's guard.
Hurst not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Noble throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hurst works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Noble is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Hurst can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Noble controls the pace.
Hurst is adopting a defensive guard.
Noble trying to control the position from guard on top but Hurst is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Noble should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Hurst has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Noble can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Hurst is pulling down on Noble's head. It's preventing any offense from Noble, at least for the moment.

Noble closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Still in half guard, Noble seems content to control.
