Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hamza Keita (ranked 2483 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Tupper V (ranked 5269 p4p, 0 weight class). Keita kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Secka - Pointure . Hamza Keita could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Bobby Tupper V's chin.

The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Dillan Fox and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Keita dives in for a single leg takedown but Tupper V sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Keita bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Tupper V tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Tupper V defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Keita's arms.
Keita has his opponent's back but Tupper V is looking to stand. He manages to get to his feet and shakes off Keita.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Tupper V swats away the attempt to clinch by Keita.
Tupper V throws a right hand that Keita ducks under and follows up with a left that Keita also avoids with ease.
Keita seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Keita fails with an attempt to clinch.
Tupper V misses with a double jab
and Keita counters with a lovely shot to the body.
No luck for Keita with that takedown attempt.

Tupper V shoots in for a takedown but Keita shows good takedown defense.
Keita fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Tupper V sprawls well initially but Keita persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Keita decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
The fight stays on the outside here - Keita looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Keita is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Tupper V throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Keita counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Keita is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
We've been hearing that Keita has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Keita stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tupper V swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Tupper V really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Keita. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Keita tries to clinch up but Tupper V circles away and keeps his distance.
Tupper V scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Keita thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Tupper V is looking to stand up but Keita isn't so interested in that idea.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Keita gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Sloppy strikes from Tupper V. Those never looked like landing.

Bobby Tupper V seems to be getting the better of the standup.
No joy there for Tupper V, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Keita is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Tupper V is just riding it out for now. Keita eventually gives up the hold.

Keita is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Tupper V can do to turn this around?
Tupper V has left one of his arms exposed and Keita doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Tupper V screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
