The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Chris Saunders and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz throws a lazy uppercut
and Savi counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Diaz manages to get to full guard.
Diaz looking for a sweep. Not yet Diaz, not yet.
Diaz looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Savi has picked Diaz up and slammed him! Diaz can't keep hold of the triangle and Savi manages to pass to side control!

Diaz tries to buck Savi off but Savi is having none of it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Savi not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Savi wants to finish this one by submission but Diaz is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Savi.
Diaz tries to control Savi's body but Savi pushes him off. Diaz squirms to his side and now Savi has his back!

Diaz wants to control his opponent's hands but Savi gets his hands free.

Diaz breaks Savi's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Savi has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Diaz can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Savi working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Diaz doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Diaz manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Savi is breathing heavily.

Savi is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Diaz defends well.
Savi is looking for a triangle here but Diaz uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Diaz connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Savi some visible discomfort.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Parker Savi showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Diaz throws a series of punches but Savi avoids them all with ease.

Diaz measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Savi! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
