Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Max Slaughter (ranked 2030 p4p, 246 weight class) and Slipp Rock (ranked 7420 p4p, 652 weight class). Slaughter comes to the cage accompanied by Bring your Daughter to the Slaughter - Iron Maiden. Slipp Rock struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 186.3lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slaughter avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Rock shoots in looking for a takedown. Slaughter tries to sprawl out of it but Rock keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Slaughter manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
