The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Benning punishes Saggi's body with a nice straight punch.
Saggi shoots and misses
and Benning counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Benning connects with an inside leg kick.
Benning has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Benning throws out a powerful jab.
Benning scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Saggi doesn't seem bothered though.
Benning bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Saggi's head backwards.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Benning fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Saggi to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Saggi looks to clinch but Benning throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Saggi taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
