The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Gwen Towbar and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taateli with a nice cross.
Qary fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Taateli sprawls well initially but Qary persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Qary tries to pass to full mount but Taateli defends it.
Taateli blocking the ground and pound attempt from Qary.
Taateli is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Qary's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Qary's back!
Qary tries to escape the position.
Taateli really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Taateli tries to get the hooks in deep but Qary pushed the leg off.

Taateli is really struggling to control Qary but he's trying to hold on to the position.

The fighters are battling for position here. Qary manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Taateli moves in looking to clinch but Qary pushes him off.

The fight stays on the outside here - Qary looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Taateli lands with a hook. Qary tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Qary moves in looking to clinch but Taateli pushes him off.
Taateli avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Taateli works Qary's body with a nice hook.
Taateli jabs Qary to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Taateli cracks a nice hook into Qary's ribs.

Qary is rocked!
Taateli closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Qary out cold! Qary corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
