Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ralph Wilson (ranked 24941 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pandu Arief (ranked 6056 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Pandu Arief!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Atkins and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arief fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Wilson avoids it really well and circles away.

Arief takes the fight into the clinch.

Arief breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Pandu Arief seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Arief will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Arief shoots in looking for a takedown. Wilson tries to sprawl out of it but Arief keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Wilson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Wilson has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Arief is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

That was a close round but I would say that Ralph Wilson will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!


Horrible takedown attempt by Arief or perhaps it was just good defense by Wilson, which made it look bad.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Wilson, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
