Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vick Venom (ranked 2889 p4p, 101 weight class) and Bobby Palm (ranked 4237 p4p, 148 weight class). Venom comes to the cage accompanied by Once bitten twice shy-by CINDERELLA. Vick Venom has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Venom misses with a straight right.
Palm fails in his attempt to clinch.
Venom blocks a jab.
Palm is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Venom moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Palm lands with an uppercut that bounces Venom off the cage and back into range.
Venom lands with a shot to the body.

Venom pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Palm throws out a counter right but Venom avoids it with no problem.

Palm shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Palm looks to land a left hand but Venom moved out of range nicely.
Venom fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Venom definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

It looks like Vick Venom has been cut.

Venom moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Palm throws a lazy right hand but Venom sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Venom wants to lay and pray for a moment but Palm keeps working.
Venom lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Venom trying to control the action but Palm is working from the bottom.
Venom cracks Palm with a big elbow.

Palm is trying to get back to half guard.
Venom scores with punches from side control.
Palm takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
It looks like Bobby Palm has been cut.
Palm is looking for a sweep.
Venom is looking to take a break and control but Palm is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Palm looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Venom looks up at the clock and then as Palm takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Venom smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Venom is staying tight to Palm's torso, preventing him from escaping.

Palm wants to control but Venom postures up.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Palm can do anything to dispel that myth.
Venom is putting a hurting on Palm here, landing some big shots from side control.
Palm really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Venom. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Venom wants to lay and pray for a moment but Palm keeps working.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Venom can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Palm is looking to escape.
Venom lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Bobby Palm's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Bobby Palm's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Vick Venom!
Vick Venom is the new super heavyweight champion!
Vick Venom was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
