The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blackstone fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mayoniko manages to avoid it.
Good leg kick by Mayoniko there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Mayoniko lands with a thumping leg kick.
Blackstone misses with a series of wild punches.
A looping hook to the body misses from Blackstone. Mayoniko does a little dance to reset his feet.

Mayoniko throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Blackstone stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Nice uppercut there from Mayoniko.
We've been informed that Mayoniko has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mayoniko fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Blackstone has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Yoki Mayoniko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mayoniko fakes the body blow, causing Blackstone to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Blackstone goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
