Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Damien Dawson (ranked 4375 p4p, 465 weight class) and Jakob Trabik (ranked 4869 p4p, 509 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Trabik crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Dawson - the referee stops the clock and Trabik gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Dawson. Trabik manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Dawson might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Damien Dawson.
Well Trabik has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
