The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaelin takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Kaelin takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Kaelin tries to clinch but Gunn is having none of it.

Kaelin closes the distance and pushes Gunn back into the cage.

Kaelin gets control of Gunn's arms and successfully pulls guard. Kaelin will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Gunn postures up and lands a big shot to Kaelin's brow.
Kaelin has momentary wrist control but Gunn slips an elbow through the middle.

Gunn wants to control from the top but Kaelin keeps moving.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Gunn's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Gunn avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gunn looking to sit in guard and control but Kaelin gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Gunn looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Kaelin passes into half guard.
Kaelin is thwarting Gunn's attempts to control the position.
Kaelin works his foot free and advances to mount.
Kaelin wants to control the pace but Gunn is squirming around nicely.
Gunn is trying desperately to improve position.

Gunn regains half guard.
Gunn wants to sweep but Kaelin has passed to side control!

Kaelin has an Americana. Gunn didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Kaelin is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Kaelin hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
