Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Pa‘Akea Built (ranked 783 p4p, 99 weight class) and Gary Day (ranked 2132 p4p, 241 weight class). Day comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Last minute - Great day to choke you out kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Built takes a swing at Day's ribcage but misses.
Built throws a low kick, looking for Day's leg but Day calmly moves out of range.
Day smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Day thows a leg kick but Built checks it
and Built counters with a slapping leg kick.
Day shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
It looks like Gary Day has been cut.
Built loads up on a big right hand but Day slips the punch.
Built lands a big head kick that sends Day tumbling to the mat! Built takes a step backwards and waves Day back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Day is rocked!

Day seems to have recovered his senses.

Day ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Built moves away.

Built tries to bum rush Day with a series of wild strikes but Day uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Built has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Day is trying hard to land a takedown here. Built sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Built throws a hook but Day avoids it easily.
