The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wood throws a leg kick but Krieg sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Krieg tries to sprawl but Wood drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Wood in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Krieg tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Wood!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Maddox Wood!
After winning the bout, Maddox Wood thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
