The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brown gets a clinch.

Brown blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Brown lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Colon or not.
Brown scores with a nice hook to the head.
Brown prevents Colon from breaking the clinch.

A short body shot lands from Brown as the two fighters clinch.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Brown creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Colon tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Brown smiles and moves away.
Brown tries to close the distance and clinch but Colon swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Brown cracks Colon with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Brown fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Colon looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Colon moves forwards but Brown connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Brown lands a really nice looking cross but Colon seems unphased.

Brown moves into the clinch.
Brown lands a nice shot to the body.
Brown lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Brown lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Colon tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Colon pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Colon misses with a hook. Brown ducked under it nicely.
Brown steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Colon.

Brown lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Colon backwards.
Colon makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Brown on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Brown digs a right hand underneath Colon's ribcage. Colon let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Colon jumps guard but Brown turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Colon goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Colon is trying to pull guard but Brown has him pressed against the cage.
