The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Joseph Jones and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
OGrady fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Le Eskine to the ground. OGrady is now in Le Eskine's guard.
OGrady preventing the sweep.
OGrady trying to control the position from guard on top but Le Eskine is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Le Eskine is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Le Eskine passes to full mount!
Le Eskine is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. OGrady is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. OGrady flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Le Eskine anticipates the leg and manages to get behind OGrady and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Le Eskine slips an arm under OGrady chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Le Eskine has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Le Eskine is squeezing on OGrady like an anaconda would it's prey. OGrady fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Christoph Le Eskine!
