Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jimi Powell (ranked 669 p4p, 30 weight class) and Aleksandar Dragović (ranked 804 p4p, 37 weight class). Powell's entrance music is 8 Mile. A fine choice. Dragović has chosen Immortal Technique - Mark Of The Beast feat. Akir & Beast 1333 as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 25 - 16 - 2, fighting out of New York, Jimi Powell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Aleksandar Dragović!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Ian Loll and William Peck.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dragović connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Powell momentarily.
Dragović just misses with a punch to the body.
Powell moves forwards but Dragović connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Powell tries to clinch there but Dragović circles away.
A punch lands to the side of Powell 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Powell shoots for a double leg takedown but Dragović sprawls well. He's pushed Powell's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Dragović gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dragović escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Powell gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Dragović is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Powell postures up in Dragović's guard and throws a big left but Dragović blocks it.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Dragović is on top in guard.

Powell might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Dragović wants to stand but Powell has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Dragović seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Powell takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Dragović lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Aleksandar Dragović seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Powell throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Dragović counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Powell tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Powell feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Dragović is on top in guard.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Dragović is taking a breather. Powell says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Dragović is trying to control. Powell wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Powell feinted there with a counter leg kick.

Dragović comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Dragović throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Dragović gets tackled into the cage by Powell. Powell maintains the clinch.
Dragović throws a punch but it's blocked by Powell.
Powell is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Dragović is defending well.
Powell tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

An uppercut to the body lands inside from Dragović.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Powell lands a hook that snaps the head of Dragović backwards.
Powell struggles to land a body shot inside as Dragović controls his hands.
Dragović misses with a short punch on the inside.

Dragović breaks from the clinch.
Powell tests Dragović's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Powell sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Dragović smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Powell doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Dragović counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Dragović dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Powell. That did some damage!

Dragović lands a big head kick that sends Powell tumbling to the mat! Dragović takes a step backwards and waves Powell back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Powell is rocked!
Dragović swats away the attempt to clinch by Powell.
Oh Powell is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Powell misses with a kick to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Powell has a takedown stuffed.
Powell seems to have got his legs back now.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jimi Powell. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Dragović drops Powell with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Powell! Dragović dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
