The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Saw counters with a straight right hand.
Saw lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Saw throws an overhand right that lands on Cena's shoulder, as Cena tries to avoid the shot.
Saw loads up on a big right hand but Cena slips the punch.
Cena drops down looking for a counter takedown but Saw sprawls and moves away.
Cena shoots in for a takedown but Saw shows good takedown defense.
Saw throws out a counter right but Cena avoids it with no problem.
Cena changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Saw tries to avoid it but Cena manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Saw to the ground. Saw escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Cena shoots for a takedown but Saw saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Saw ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Cena moves away.

Cena shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Saw sprawls well. Saw wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Cena gets slowly back to his feet.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Saw rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Cena moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Cena shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Saw as he avoids it easily.

No joy there for Saw, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Cena shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Saw but Saw pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Saw looks to land a combination. Cena sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Cena goes for a double leg but Saw avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Saw continues to drive forward.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Saw uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Saw jabs Cena right on the nose. Cena blinks but takes it well.
