The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khali scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Diaz doesn't seem bothered though.
Diaz looks gassed!
Khali works the jab nicely.
Khali throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Diaz tumbling to the canvas!

Diaz is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Khali thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Diaz is still in real trouble! Can Khali finish him?

Khali sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Diaz's guard.
Diaz seems to have recovered his senses.

Khali postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Diaz to stand up.
Khali connects with a superb combination that knocks Diaz out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Khali before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Diaz!
