Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ralph McGuire Jr (ranked 627 p4p, 51 weight class) and Big Dog (ranked 660 p4p, 55 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think McGuire Jr might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Tom Petty - I Won't Back Down. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

McGuire Jr tries to score a power double leg takedown but Dog sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten McGuire Jr somewhat.

More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save McGuire Jr from any more punishment! McGuire Jr complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
