Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, William Snowdon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chad Myers!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Cecil Peabody and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Myers has Snowdon up against the cage in a clinch.

We've been hearing reports that Snowdon has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Snowdon pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Myers back to the cage. Snowdon follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Snowdon swings for the body but Myers moves out of range.
Myers tries to clinch up but Snowdon circles away and keeps his distance.
Snowdon misses with a takedown attempt - Myers sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for William Snowdon. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Myers wants to clinch up but Snowdon keeps it at a distance.
A little feinted left hand from Snowdon on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Snowdon jabs Myers to the body, keeping him at a distance.

It looked like Snowdon was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Myers.
Snowdon misses with the combination.
The fight stays on the outside here - Myers looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Myers gets a double leg takedown into Snowdon's guard.
Snowdon is trying to keep Myers in close.
Snowdon pulls Myers in to control the position.
Myers wants to stand but Snowdon is controlling his posture from full guard.

Snowdon working for a triangle but Myers defends it easily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Myers postures up.
Snowdon wants to sweep here but Myers controlling him for the moment.
Myers wants to stand but Snowdon has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Snowdon is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Myers has his hands clasped together but Snowdon extends and breaks Myers's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Snowdon.
