The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doyle throws a half hearted mid kick.
Doyle misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Dion changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Dion throws a lazy uppercut
and Doyle connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Doyle looks to land a combination but Dion avoids it well.
Dion has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
A swing and a miss from Dion.
Dion avoids the body shot from Doyle .
Dion takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Dion throws a right hand that misses
and Doyle counters with a lovely shot to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Dion swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Dion swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Doyle feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Doyle tests Dion's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Dion takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Dion manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Doyle on his heels. He'll look to pass Doyle 's guard now, I'm sure.
Doyle uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Dion tries a low kick but Doyle avoids it.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Dion is defended easily by Doyle .

Dion ducks under a wild hook from Doyle .
Dion throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Doyle 's waist but Doyle gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dion off to one side.

Dion tried to score with a low kick but Doyle checks it.
Dion gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Doyle .

Dion is still on wobbly legs! Can Doyle finish him?
Doyle drops Dion with a big left hand! Dion is injured, injured bad! Doyle jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
