The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hanada shoots in for a takedown but Suzuki shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Suzuki throws a nice looking combination but Hanada bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Hanada tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Suzuki manages to circle out of the way.
Suzuki misses with a wild combination.
Hanada shoots in and drives through. Suzuki sprawls well.
Hanada instigates a clinch.
Hanada manages to break the clinch.
Suzuki drops Hanada with a beautiful combination! Hanada stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Suzuki is looking for the KO!
Hanada is rocked!
It looks like Takesi Hanada has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Suzuki cracks Hanada's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Hanada slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Suzuki can do further damage! This one is done, son!
