PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bill Burr (ranked 6098 p4p, 595 weight class) and Fredrick Moore (ranked 7432 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Burr might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Bill Burr Helicopter Story. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Fredrick Moore!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moore tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Burr was well out of range. Poor timing from Moore.
Moore keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Fredrick Moore seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Moore lands a nice shot that snaps Burr's head back.
Moore thows a left - swing and a miss!
Moore takes one to the side of the head.
Burr ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Moore throws a jab when Burr was well out of range.
Burr seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Moore misses with an uppercut. Burr saw that one coming.
Moore defending well as Burr loads up on a big left hand.
Moore slips a straight right by Burr.
Moore lands with a shot to the body.
Moore ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Burr moves away.
A slow jab from Moore misses its intended target.
Moore scores with a jab to the jaw.

It looks like Bill Burr has been cut.
Moore lands with an uppercut that bounces Burr off the cage and back into range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Burr.
Moore chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Burr can pounce on him.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Moore scores with a nice right hand.
Moore slips under a jab from Burr.
It seemed like Moore was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Moore fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Burr looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Moore scores with a hook to the body. Burr takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Burr throws a jab but it's blocked by Moore.
Moore lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Moore feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Burr sprawling to the canvas! Burr rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Moore finish him?!

Burr is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

and Moore counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Burr out cold! What a finish! Moore is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
