Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Josh Cook (ranked 2660 p4p, 238 weight class) and Mike Sunday (ranked 2896 p4p, 254 weight class). Mike Sunday told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Sunday has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Sunday and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
