Ribeiro is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Bullet the Blue Sky. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ribeiro throws a right hand that misses
and Grout counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Grout lands a glancing blow to the side of Ribeiro's head.

It looks like Alexandre Ribeiro has been cut.
Ribeiro catches Grout with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Ribeiro lands a left and a right that send Grout crashing to the mat, dazed. Ribeiro thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

and Grout counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Grout is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

A little feinted left hand from Grout on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Ribeiro tries to move into range but Grout moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Ribeiro looks to land a left hand but Grout moved out of range nicely.

Grout connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Ribeiro feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Grouts jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

and Grout counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Grout cracks Ribeiro with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Ribeiro looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Grout finish him?

and Grout counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Ribeiro out cold! What a finish! Grout is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
