Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mclaughlin tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Killaini manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
It seemed like Killaini was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Mclaughlin is trying hard to land a takedown here. Killaini sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Killaini now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Mclaughlin shoots in for a takedown but Killaini shows good takedown defense.

Mclaughlin has Killaini up against the cage in a clinch.

Mclaughlin lands a body punch in the clinch.
Killaini is pressed up against the cage. Mclaughlin has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Killaini down to the mat. Killaini avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Mclaughlin closes the distance and clinches up with Killaini, looking for a takedown. Mclaughlin pushes Killaini against the cage but Killaini circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Killaini lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Marrouane Killaini seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mclaughlin staying out of range there.
Horrible takedown attempt by Mclaughlin or perhaps it was just good defense by Killaini, which made it look bad.
A big right from Killaini misses.
Mclaughlin dives in for a single leg takedown but Killaini sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Mclaughlin fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Killaini ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Mclaughlin moves away.
Mclaughlin attempts a counter takedown but Killaini avoids it well and moves away.

Killaini displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mclaughlin.
Killaini cracks Mclaughlin with an open hand slap.


Mclaughlin is rocked!
Mclaughlin tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Killaini defends well and Mclaughlin ends up having to push Killaini into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Mclaughlin is breathing heavily.
Mclaughlin walks straight into a right hand from Killaini - that's dropped him! Killaini jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Mclaughlin from any more punishment! Mclaughlin complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
