Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between John Crichton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dayton Montana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Yves DeLean and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Montana closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Montana wants to control but Crichton is keeping him busy.
Crichton looking for a sweep but Montana has passed into full mount! Oh no!
Montana tries to control but Crichton wriggling away.
Montana thowing shots but they're missing.
Crichton trying desperately to get to his feet.

Montana lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Crichton is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Montana throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Crichton on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Crichton tries to get out of the position.

Crichton is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Montana has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Montana lands a big elbow.

Montana postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Crichton looks a forlorn figure.
Crichton is rocked!

Montana loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Crichton scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Montana land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Montana stands and salutes the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dayton Montana!
