Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Marc Dupuis (ranked 23127 p4p, 0 weight class) and Len Walsh (ranked 22923 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

With a record of 5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Marc Dupuis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Len Walsh!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Paulsen Ambrosius and Radbod Blank.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dupuis throws a sloppy head kick
and Walsh counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Walsh closes the distance and clinches.

Dupuis has Walsh pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Dupuis pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Walsh tumbling to the mat - Dupuis dives into Walsh's guard.

Walsh has his foot on Dupuis's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dupuis works his way back into a safe position though.

Dupuis avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Walsh utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Dupuis trying to control but Walsh is working from the bottom.
Dupuis postures up in Walsh's guard and throws a big left but Walsh blocks it.
Walsh is trying to keep Dupuis in close.

Walsh looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Walsh is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Dupuis defends well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Dupuis throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Walsh works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Walsh bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Dupuis's guard.

Dupuis has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Walsh doesn't defend quickly enough and Dupuis has managed to lock this one up! Can Walsh escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Dupuis on a fantastic submission victory.

After the fight, Marc Dupuis was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
