Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Borrego (ranked 2756 p4p, 286 weight class) and Travis Dillon (ranked 2800 p4p, 287 weight class). Borrego comes to the cage accompanied by Thunderstruck-by ACDC. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Borrego throws a jab but it's blocked by Dillon.
Borrego has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Makoa - Hilo Cheapest Gym in the buildup to the fight.
Dillon lands with a hook. Borrego tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Dillon takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Dillon scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Borrego connects with a good right hand that stumbles Dillon. Dillon circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Dillon tests Borrego's chin there with a solid looking shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Dillon throws a shot from downtown. Borrego moves away and avoids it.
Dillon throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Borrego seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Dillon dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Dillon looks to throw the jab but Borrego is out of range.
Dillon might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Dillon connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Borrego momentarily.

and Borrego counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Dillon stalks Borrego and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Borrego's face. Borrego staggers backwards, shaken.
Borrego gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Travis Dillon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Oh Borrego is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Dillon lands with a nice combination. Borrego backs away looking to recover.
Borrego closes the distance looking to clinch
and Dillon counters with a crisp right that sends Borrego to the canvas! Dillon follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
