PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jc Cobb (ranked 25878 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kaplan Temrezov (ranked 5218 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Temrezov shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

As Temrezov tries to get set, Cobb tries to push him back and clinch up but Temrezov manages to avoid the attempt.

That's time! Cobb's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Cobb stands up from mount. Strange move.
Temrezov stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Temrezov wants it to stay on the feet.
Cobb changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Temrezov tries to avoid it but Cobb manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Temrezov to the ground. Temrezov escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Temrezov closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Temrezov winds up and cracks Cobb with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jc Cobb will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Cobb stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.

Temrezov throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Cobb tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Temrezov is in Cobb's guard.
Temrezov takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Cobb seems keen to control Temrezov's posture.

Cobb escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Temrezov gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
