The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frost jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Plumbowicz should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
The fighters circling - Plumbowicz throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Plumbowicz dodges the punch combination from Frost.
Frost swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Plumbowicz.
Frost throws the left hand but Plumbowicz avoids the punch easily.
Frost misses with a combination

and Plumbowicz decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Frost's guard.

Plumbowicz thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Frost working for submissions but it's allowed Plumbowicz to get to half guard.
Frost trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Plumbowicz manages to pass to mount!

Frost keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Frost tries to improve his position but Plumbowicz has taken his back! Plumbowicz has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Frost tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Plumbowicz pushes Frost away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
