Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ilya Yaj (ranked 4336 p4p, 0 weight class) and Graham Hunt (ranked 2839 p4p, 247 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Ilya Yaj!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Graham Hunt!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Daniel Franklin and Peter Branson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yaj lands a jab to Hunt's midsection.

Yaj closes the distance and clinches.
Yaj scores with a shot to the side of Hunt's head.

Yaj escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Yaj feints a jab promting Hunt to slip. Yaj then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Hunt slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Yaj gets a clinch.
Hunt is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Yaj to keep the fight standing.
A short body shot lands from Yaj as the two fighters clinch.
Hunt tries to pull guard but Yaj holds him up against the cage and eventually Hunt drops back down to his feet.
Yaj lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Hunt backwards.
Yaj lands a body shot in the clinch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Nice body punch from Yaj - that landed with a thud.
Yaj lands a hook to the side of the head.
Hunt tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Yaj smiles and moves away.
Ilya Yaj has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Graham Hunt.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Hunt.
Yaj wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Hunt attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.

Hunt has a takedown stuffed.
Yaj scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Hunt walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Hunt tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Yaj defends well and Hunt ends up having to push Yaj into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Yaj closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Hunt tries to roll over but Yaj keeps him under control.

Hunt is looking to control Yaj's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Hunt avoid being mounted?
Yaj is trying to control. Hunt wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Hunt makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Hunt.
Yaj looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Hunt is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Hunt is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Yaj is aware though and is defending well.
Yaj is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Yaj is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Hunt has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Yaj is looking to defend but Hunt has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Yaj! Hunt pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Yaj taps out and this one is all over!
