Frankborger's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Elizondo connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Frankborger scrambles back to his feet.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The fighters circle momentarily. Elizondo darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Frankborger throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Elizondo sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Frankborger might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Frankborger feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Elizondo sprawling to the canvas! Elizondo rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Frankborger finish him?!
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Elizondo walks straight into a right hand from Frankborger - that's dropped him! Frankborger jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Elizondo from any more punishment! Elizondo complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
