Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Lloyd (ranked 3147 p4p, 403 weight class) and Azizi Camara (ranked 2731 p4p, 358 weight class). Frank Lloyd has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Frank Lloyd!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Azizi Camara!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, John Kavanagh and Joseph Jones.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Camara moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Camara moves in looking to clinch but Lloyd pushes him off.
Lloyd is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Lloyd lands a nice shot that snaps Camara's head back.
A combination from Camara does no damage.
Camara tries to clinch
and Lloyd counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Camara drives through and clinches with Lloyd against the cage.
Camara is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Lloyd.

Lloyd breaks the clinch.
The fighters circling - Lloyd throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Camara doesn't manage to clinch there - Lloyd circles away.
Lloyd is looking to counter the offense by Camara and move into the clinch.
Camara tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lloyd swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A counter left hand to the body from Lloyd misses its target.

and Lloyd counters with a nice uppercut.
Lloyd throws a hook to the side of Camara's head but Camara sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Azizi Camara seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Camara tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Lloyd manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Camara tries to clinch but Lloyd is having none of it.
Camara takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Lloyd seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression.

Camara is trying to maintain a safe position but Lloyd gets an underhook and turns Camara into the cage.

The fight stays on the outside here - Camara looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Camara doesn't manage to clinch there - Lloyd circles away.

Camara takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Lloyd clobbers Camara with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Camara takes the fight into the clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Sloppy strikes from Camara. Those never looked like landing.
It looks like Lloyd has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
Lloyd is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Camara throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Lloyd stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Camara fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Lloyd jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

Camara tries to close the distance and clinch but Lloyd swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Lloyd throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Lloyd's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Lloyd ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Camara tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Lloyd avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Camara doesn't manage to clinch there - Lloyd circles away.

and Lloyd counters with a nice body shot.
Camara rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lloyd moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Lloyd moves out of range of the strikes.
Lloyd misses with a hook. Camara ducked under it nicely.

and Lloyd counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Camara looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Lloyd!

Camara stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Lloyd throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Lloyd is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
The fight stays on the outside here - Camara looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
It looked like Lloyd wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Camara throws a left and a right that both miss
and Lloyd counters with a nice uppercut.
Camara moves to clinch but Lloyd breaks away
and Lloyd counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Camara thinking.
Lloyd lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Camara is trying hard to land a takedown here. Lloyd sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Frank Lloyd dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Lloyd shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Camara eats them both and turns towards Lloyd to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Lloyd lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Camara backwards.

Camara takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Camara takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Camara tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lloyd paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Camara lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Lloyd backwards.
A right handed body shot lands from Lloyd.
Camara struggles to land a body shot inside as Lloyd controls his hands.
Camara misses with a punch to the body.

Lloyd stops a takedown attempt from Camara.
Lloyd is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Camara can do to turn this around?

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

A nice right hand lands inside from Lloyd.
Lloyd dips a shoulder and cracks Camara with a mighty uppercut! Camara falls back against the cage and Lloyd unloads with a barrage of strikes! Camara is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Lloyd screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Frank Lloyd!
Frank Lloyd took to the microphone after his victory and thanked his sponsors, Free Bands inc. for their support in the buildup to the fight.
Azizi Camara spoke after the fight, saying 'Just a mistake in my road to greatness'.
