Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Al Swearengen (ranked 3131 p4p, 357 weight class) and Andy Bogard (ranked 2803 p4p, 313 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Al Swearengen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Andy Bogard!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bogard uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Swearengen.

Bogard shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Bogard dives in and scores a takedown into Swearengen's guard.

Swearengen throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Bogard escapes and throws Swearengen's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Swearengen is arching his back trying to strike from the bottom but Bogard turns him over and now has his back.
Bogard slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Bogard is continuing to stall.
Swearengen rolls, trying to escape but Bogard keeps control of the position.
Bogard is trying to stick to Swearengen's back but Swearengen is turning into Bogard. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Bogard's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Swearengen.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Bogard holds on and takes a little breather.

Andy Bogard comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Bogard has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
