Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Melek Taus (ranked 23045 p4p, 164 weight class) and Oson Bon (ranked 20321 p4p, 273 weight class). Taus kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is A Cry For Vengeance. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Sam Margolis and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taus avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Taus slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Bon swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Taus throws a push kick but Bon slaps the foot to one side.
A big right from Bon misses.
Taus half committed to a counter leg kick.
Bon lands a head shot.
Bon scores with a punch to the head.
Taus throws a wild body kick that Bon sees coming a mile off.

Taus has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Bon finds it's way round the side to connect with Taus's head.

That was a close round but I would say that Melek Taus will probably get the nod.

Taus lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Bon or not.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Taus here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

Melek Taus dominated that second round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Taus fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bon manages to avoid it.
Bon was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.

Bon throws a leg kick but Taus sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Taus throws a hook but Bon avoids it easily.
Bon's jab looks to have found its range, popping Taus under the eye.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Bon looks to score with a jab to the body but Taus is just out of range.

Oson Bon has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Melek Taus is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Melek Taus showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Taus has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
