Jang comes to the ring accompanied by Turn It On. Vale has chosen Meltdown as his entrance music. Bart Vale looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, James Jang!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bart Vale!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, William Peck and Steve Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jang shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Vale as he jumps to the side.
Jang changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Vale tries to avoid it but Jang manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Vale to the ground. Vale escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Vale tries to counter with a clinch but Jang shakes him off and moves away.
Vale shoots in for a takedown but Jang shows good takedown defense.
Jang fails with the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for James Jang. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Vale shoots in for a takedown but Jang shows good takedown defense.

Jang fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Vale sprawls well initially but Jang persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Jang has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Jang is working for a kimura but Vale is defending it quite comfortably.

Jang is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Vale is defending against the submission attempts here by Jang.

Jang lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Jang works his way into full mount!
Jang lands a big elbow.


Vale is rocked!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Jang connects with a bit shot that sees Vale covering up! More strikes from Jang and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Jang is our winner by TKO!
