Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Troy Niklas (ranked 1718 p4p, 185 weight class) and Dan Severn (ranked 24262 p4p, 705 weight class). Niklas's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Pretty Fly (For a White Guy) by The Offspring. The crowd seem to be enjoying Severn's choice of entrance music: Dan Severn Theme. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Steve Smith and Dillan Fox.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Severn dives in and grabs Niklas's left leg, looking for a takedown. Niklas pushes down on Severn's head and hops out.
Niklas has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Severn tries to keep at a distance but Niklas has taken the fight into the clinch.

The referee is keeping an eye on Niklas - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Niklas creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Niklas lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Severn or not.

Niklas drops Severn onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Severn is propped up by the ropes and works his way back to his feet!

Severn is rocked!

It looks like Dan Severn has been cut.
Niklas creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Severn's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Severn drops to his knees and Niklas pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Troy Niklas!
