The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kong walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Kong shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Stevens but Stevens pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Kong shoots and misses
and Stevens counters with a straight right hand.

Kong is rocked!
Kong shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Stevens defends it nicely.
Stevens throws out a counter right but Kong avoids it with no problem.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Raichu Kong. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kong tries to clinch but Stevens is having none of it.
Stevens keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Stevens appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.

Stevens fakes the body blow, causing Kong to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Kong goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
