The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Lou da Vinci and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Iron pivots, looking for a leg kick but Babakov is out of range and Iron settles back down.
Babakov connects with a nice looking jab.
Iron loads up on a big right hand but Babakov slips the punch.
Babakov tries to clinch but Iron moves out of range.
Babakov is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Iron lands a body shot.
Iron dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Iron misses with a body kick.

Babakov has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Slobos Gym in the buildup to the fight.

Iron avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Babakov lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Iron blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Iron looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Iron drops down looking for an ankle pick but Babakov pulls his leg out and moves away.
Babakov throws a good cross that connects.

Iron goes for a takedown attempt but Babakov pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Babakov cracks Iron with a left hook right on the temple and Iron goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Babakov lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Iron is OK!
