Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Samuel Kravac (ranked 1048 p4p, 154 weight class) and Kevin Garbutt (ranked 606 p4p, 87 weight class). Garbutt has chosen Saxon - Strong Arm of the Law as his entrance music. Samuel Kravac had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Samuel Kravac!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kevin Garbutt!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Chad Campbell and Anthony Taglia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kravac swings widly with a right hand
and Garbutt counters with a nice low kick that buckles Kravac's knee momentarily.
Garbutt connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Garbutt keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Kravac.
Kravac misses with a wild body shot.
Kravac fails in his attempt to clinch.

Kravac forces Garbutt back against the cage and clinches.

Garbutt pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Kravac looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Kravac moves out of range of the strikes.
Garbutt throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kravac sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Kravac closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Kravac goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Garbutt has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Kravac but great work by Garbutt.

Kravac can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Garbutt controls the pace.

Kravac tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Garbutt manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Garbutt throws a wild body kick that Kravac sees coming a mile off.
Kravac misses with a takedown attempt - Garbutt sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Kravac takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Garbutt closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Kravac out cold! Kravac corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
