Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Gwen Towbar and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Go fails in his attempt to clinch.
Go connects with a single shot there.
Go slips under a jab from Malenko.
Go lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
It looks like Dean Malenko has been cut.
Go tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Malenko paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Malenko on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Malenko.
Go scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Malenko throws a jab but it's blocked by Go.
A nice combination there by Go.
Malenko has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Go tries to sprawl but Malenko drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Go tries to roll over but Malenko keeps him under control.
Malenko frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Go felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Go bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Go is posturing up here but Malenko has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Go tries to roll out but it's too tight and Go has to tap! Slick submission there by Malenko!
