PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Doug Glatt (ranked 3343 p4p, 431 weight class) and Kelvin Handleman (ranked 2229 p4p, 304 weight class). Glatt comes to the cage accompanied by Killed by death. Handleman has chosen Pride FC Theme as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Frank Dennis and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Glatt doesn't manage to clinch there - Handleman circles away.

I was talking to Glatt's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Handleman changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Glatt looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

That was a close second round but I would say that Doug Glatt will probably get the nod.

Doug Glatt decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
Kelvin Handleman was interviewed post fight and said 'I'm a fucking man and no one will ever question that because I am a man before I am a fighter and to have some pussy that sits behind a computer all day question my manhood pisses me off...'.
