The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Chris Saunders and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McAodh moves into the clinch successfully.
Steel is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
McAodh tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Steel's elbow.
McAodh gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
McAodh sitting in guard here, content to control.
It looks like McAodh might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
